This 1961 Mattel Barbie Ponytail doll case is a charming piece of early Barbie history. The black vinyl case features a colorful graphic of Barbie modeling several fashionable outfits on the front, with the original Mattel copyright printed right there—a hallmark of authentic early production. Inside, the cream-lined interior includes a fold-out tray with compartments, perfect for organizing a young collector's Barbie wardrobe and accessories. The brass-tone clasp keeps everything secure, and the case remains structurally sound and fully functional.
Condition: used good.
Structurally sound and closes; the back of the vinyl has scrapes showing its age and the lid is bowed around the edges.
