Order Processing
Your order will be processed within 24 hours on business days. You can expect an email confirmation within one business day once your order is on its way.

Store Pickup and Directions
All store pickup orders will be ready within 4 business hours. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the following business day. If you need your item over the weekend, please reach out to us at welcome@unusualfinds.net, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Once your order is ready, we’ll send you a link to schedule your pickup.  

Unusual Finds is located warehouse at 315 Albemarle Ave Se, Roanoke Va 24013. The old Heironimus warehouse near downtown. The parking lot is off the unnamed street just after you go under the highway from Williamson Road. There are two large metal Sculpture daisies in the parking lot

Local Delivery

For larger items, we offer local delivery. Please contact us at welcome@unusualfinds.net before placing your order to discuss delivery options. Note that our website does not currently support local delivery options.

International Shipping

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. Refunds will be issued for the full order amount, minus shipping costs for the return. If your order arrives damaged, please email us at welcome@unusualfinds.net with your order number and a photo of the damage.
