Notes:

An interesting historical note: the back jacket reads, "Played on a 'Stereophonic' machine, it gives even more brilliant true-to-life fidelity." However, the album is indeed recorded in mono. This is because RCA Victor was heavily marketing stereophonic record players and audio equipment and frequently published marketing material educating consumers that mono records could be played on stereo equipment. Also, note the message, "You can buy today, without fear of obsolescence in the future," which was an effort to market mono recordings so they weren't left on shelves in favor of newer stereophonic releases.
